Use Case

Customers who visit the Rewards page on the Luma website will be presented with the Luma Gold Tier Challenge. They can enroll in the challenge and complete the activities outlined in the assigned tasks to progress through the challenge and qualify for the Gold Tier rewards.

Go to luma website and sign in with your profile. Let the profile merge and you can see details in profile viewer.

Now from the top menu click on REWARDS this will take you to REWARDS page and you will fall in audience “Luma - Interested in Rewards”

You will receive an email as Launch of Luma Gold Tier Challenge and Content Card will show up on rewards page.

Now click on Sign Up button on Content card this will implicitly enrol you in the challenge you will receive the emailer that you're in the challenge.

Now complete 3 separates purchases from different collection of Luma products. It must be 3 purchases not in a single go.
These purchases will be of different collection defined in tasks. Task 1 : Customer will purchase 1 item in at most 1 transaction on eligible items (women-bottoms, women-top, women-tops, and more). Task 2 : Customer will purchase 1 item in at most 1 transaction on eligible items (spring-collection, summer-collection, winter-collection, and more). Task 3 : Customer will purchase 1 item in at most 1 transaction on eligible items (accessories, gear, gearr).


Once we complete 3 different purchases as per above challenge tasks then will get a winning email and content card changes.

Now a payload will go to reward provider and with point to reward and challenge time. For reward provider we have used request catcher. (Please have this link opened beforehand in browser before challenge completion.)

Now from the bottom menu click on REWARDS this will take you to REWARDS page and you will fall in audience “Luma - Interested in Rewards(Mobile)”

Refresh the screen, and you should see the Content Card appear on the page.

You will receive an email upon launch of the Luma Gold Tier Challenge.

Now click on the Sign Up button on the Content Card. This will implicitly enrol you in the challenge; you will receive another content card in the app and an emailer that you're in the challenge.
