Experience Decisioning helps Luma to provide users with the right content at the right time. Luma has initiated a campaign to promote its offers based on user interest. When using the website, Luma users will see a ribbon informing them about the current offers based on their interests, and when using the mobile app, they will see a banner with new offers.

Web:

Chris, a Luma user, opens the Luma website and sees a ribbon on the top showing the fallback offer.

Chris has shown consistent interest in the men’s category, having viewed products thrice. He sets in segment - Luma - Preference: Men’s Category.

The top ribbon changes to show the new offer.

Go to the Aero Daily Fitness Tee Product https://dsn.adobe.com/web/luma3/product?productId=MS01. Interact with two more men's products. You can view them, add to cart, or purchase them.

Chris decides to join the Luma+ program.
