The Experience Decisioning module allows you to display personalized decisioning content from your AJO Campaigns by specifying the proper surface.

Module configuration

AJO

The campaigns prepared in AJO should have the following format:

General settings

Configuration settings

Surface	Surface URI to get the campaign result Location or Path: This is a unique identifier representing a specific area on the screen. In DSN Builder, it’s used to configure the Experience Decisioning component. If you plan to add multiple Experience Decisioning components on the same page, each must have a distinct identifier. This ensures DSN can correctly map content to the intended area. Important: The surface identifiers used in your Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns must exactly match the identifiers configured in your code (DSN setup). Any mismatch will prevent content from being delivered.	Example : service://securfinancial.cxapp/#offer

Appearance settings
