Personal Intro
Alex is a 34-year-old marketing consultant living in Austin, Texas. He's a movie enthusiast who enjoys unwinding with thrillers and action-packed films after long workdays. With a fast-paced schedule, Alex prefers digital platforms that make discovery easy and content personal. He often watches content late at night or during quiet weekend afternoons, making seamless streaming a must.
One weekend, while browsing for something new, Alex downloads the DSN app after seeing a recommendation online.
Scenario
When Alex opens the Binji+ app for the first time, he’s greeted with a bold banner offering a 30-day free trial—unlimited movies, no commitment.

Intrigued but not yet ready to commit, he skips past the offer and begins to explore. Naturally drawn to action-packed stories, Alex clicks on the movie "The Quest". Then another "The Fight" and another "Personalization". He views three action movies.
As he continues, Binji+ recognizes his viewing pattern and assigns him to the segment:
“Binji – Preference: Action Category”. This segment helps personalize his experience going forward.

Next time he returns to the homepage, a banner appears tailored to his taste: "Personalization: Your identity is no longer yours unless you fight for it."

Alex heads straight to the profile icon on the top right.
On the login screen, a striking banner grabs his attention: "Start Your Free Trial Today".
He clicks on the banner and is redirected to the trial form. He signs up immediately.

Within minutes, he receives a personalized welcome email featuring a custom banner with key visuals from action titles - Personalization.

Back in the app, Alex streams Jungle, a gripping thriller. The app automatically adds him to the audience segment: “Binji - Interested in Jungle Movie”. Then, he receives a timely in-app message reminding him of the season.

Looking to explore beyond action, Alex browses the TV Drama category and watches the trailer for WaterColor. This behavior places him into another segment: “Interested in WaterColor”
The app responds with a thoughtful suggestion: "Loved WaterColour? You'll love this too!". He then clicks on the button to explore similar title.

He then checks out the New & Hot section, where releases like "Evil Rises When Light Falls" are featured with compelling visuals and summaries that draw him in.

He watches the preview and adds it to his watchlist. He add several other title to his watchlist too.

Visiting the Watchlist tab, Alex finds everything cleanly organized. He can start watching instantly, remove titles, or revisit favorites—all with ease.

Throughout the journey, Binji+ delivers a deeply personalized experience by listening to Alex’s viewing habits, adapting in real-time, and nudging him with timely content that truly reflects his entertainment interests.
