Send an email triggered by External Signal (Luma)

Overview
This workflow sends an email when it receives an HTTP-triggered External Signal, then:
- Extracts an email parameter from the incoming request
- Finds the matching recipient in the recipient table
- Sends an email via the Send Email activity (configured as Recurring delivery)

Demo Execution (Step-by-step)
Postman HTTP requests
- Download the Postman Collection & Environment
- Import the Collection in Postman
- Import the Environment in Postman
- Update the recipient email in the Trigger Workflow External Signal POST request
- In sequence, use the Generate the IMS Access Token, Generate the Campaign V8, then Trigger The Workflow External Signal HTTP requests
Note: The generated access/security tokens are automatically passed to next HTTP requests.
- The workflow should be triggered and it will be visible Workflow Logs
